We are a charity that works with young people to develop their creativity, skills and confidence through arts and media projects.
Voice is our arts and culture magazine for young people.
Creative Pathways supports young people to explore the arts in their local area, develop arts reviewing skills and build their experience as trainees & contributors on Voice.
Youth Voice & Influence is our training programme supporting arts and youth organisations.
In 2022/23 Voice attracted 200,000 readers and supported 56 young arts reviewers and 20 trainee journalists.
Upstart has trained over 300 arts professionals to embed young people’s voice in their organisation.

Young Trustee Development ProgrammePostcode Local Trust is a grant-giving charity funded entirely by players of People’s Postcode Lottery.
